The Heart of Cape Town Museum is located a short walk from the bus stop, at Groote Schuur Hospital, on Main Rd. Follow the signs towards the hospital, and you will find the museum entrance.

If you are already in Observatory, the Heart of Cape Town Museum is easily accessible by walking. From the Observatory railway station, head south on Lower Main Road towards Main Road. Continue walking straight on Lower Main Road until you reach the intersection with Main Road. Turn right onto Main Road and walk for about 5 minutes. The Heart of Cape Town Museum will be on your left, located at Groote Schuur Hospital.
