The hike to the cave will take approximately 1-2 hours depending on your fitness level.

To reach Table Mountain National Park using public transportation, take the MyCiTi bus service from Cape Town city center. Board the bus at the Civic Centre Station and take the route towards 'Table Mountain.' Disembark at the Lower Cableway Station stop. From there, you will need to hike to Woodstock Cave. Follow the path to the Platteklip Gorge trail, which is well marked. This hike takes about 1-2 hours to reach the cave.
