Car
If you are driving, enter the Table Mountain National Park through the main entrance at the Cableway station. From there, follow the signs towards the Table Mountain Cableway. Park your car in the designated parking area. After parking, you will need to take a short hike along the well-marked trails that lead to Waterfall and Dam, approximately a 30-minute walk uphill. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water.

Public Transportation
Take the MyCiTi bus to the Table Mountain Cableway station. The bus stop is located at the lower cableway station. From there, you will need to walk to the designated hiking trail leading to Waterfall and Dam. The walk will take around 30 minutes. Please check the MyCiTi bus schedule for the latest timings. A one-way bus fare is approximately R15-R20.

Once you reach the Cableway station either by car or bus, start your hike from the lower cableway station. Follow the signs for the hiking trails leading to Waterfall and Dam. The trail is well-maintained but can be steep in some areas, so ensure you are prepared for a moderate hike. The hike should take around 30 minutes, depending on your pace.
