Walking
From the V&A Waterfront, head east on Breakwater Blvd towards Alfred Rd. Continue on Alfred Rd until you reach the intersection with Dock Rd. Turn left onto Dock Rd and walk straight until you reach the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). From CTICC, head northeast on Lower Long St, then turn right onto Buitengracht St. Continue walking for about 500 meters, and you will find the Prestwich Memorial on your left.

Public Transport (MyCiTi Bus)
If you are near the V&A Waterfront, walk to the nearest MyCiTi bus station at the V&A Waterfront. Take the bus route 104 towards the Civic Centre. Get off at the 'Civic Centre' stop. From there, walk east on the Heerengracht, then turn left onto Buitengracht St. Continue walking for about 800 meters until you reach the Prestwich Memorial, which will be on your right.

Starting from the Cape Town Central train station, exit towards the Adderley St. Walk up Adderley St towards St George's Mall. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Buitengracht St. Turn left onto Buitengracht St and walk for about 1 kilometer. The Prestwich Memorial will be on your right side, just past the corner with Somerset Rd.

From your current location, find a local taxi (also known as a minibus taxi) that travels towards the Cape Town City Centre. Inform the driver that you want to get to Buitengracht St. Once dropped off, walk along Buitengracht St towards the intersection with Somerset Rd. The Prestwich Memorial will be on your left after approximately 600 meters.
