• Walking

  If you are in the Cape Town city center, start at the Company's Garden. Exit the garden and head towards St. George's Mall. Walk down St. George's Mall until you reach the intersection with Adderley Street. Turn right onto Adderley Street and continue walking until you reach the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). From the CTICC, head towards the V&A Waterfront, following the signs that direct you to the Waterfront. Once you reach the V&A Waterfront, walk along the promenade towards the Silo District, which is located near the Zeitz MOCAA museum. The Silo District is marked by the large grain silos that have been transformed into an art museum and hotel.

  Locate the nearest MyCiTi bus station. If you are in the city center, the closest station is the Civic Centre station. Board a bus heading towards the V&A Waterfront (look for the 'V&A Waterfront' route). The bus will take you directly to the V&A Waterfront. Once you arrive at the Waterfront, follow the signs to the Silo District, which is within walking distance. You can also ask any staff at the bus station or on the bus for directions to ensure you are on the right route.

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a metered taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Bolt). Open the app and enter 'Silo District, Victoria & Alfred Waterfront' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the Silo District entrance. Make sure to confirm the exact location with the driver to ensure you arrive at the right spot.
