If you are starting in Camps Bay, head towards Victoria Road (the main road along the beach). Walk along Victoria Road until you reach the intersection with the road leading up to Oudekraal. Continue straight until you reach the Bantry Bay area. At the Bantry Bay traffic circle, take the second exit onto Ocean View Drive. Follow Ocean View Drive for about 10 minutes on foot. The Rock is located at 405 Ocean View Drive, right on your left side.

From Camps Bay, walk to the nearest MyCiTi bus stop, which is located at the Camps Bay Promenade. Take the MyCiTi bus heading towards the Civic Centre. Get off at the Bantry Bay stop (it’s about a 5-minute ride). From the bus stop, walk up towards Ocean View Drive. The Rock is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, located at 405 Ocean View Drive on your right.
