Walking
If you are at the V&A Waterfront, you are very close to the City Sightseeing Cape Town Visitor Center. Start by heading towards the main waterfront promenade. Walk along the waterfront, enjoying views of the harbor. After about 5-10 minutes, look for the Ticket Office located on Dock Road. It is situated near the entrance to the V&A Waterfront shopping area, easily recognizable for its bright signage indicating 'City Sightseeing'.

Public Transport (MyCiTi Bus)
If you are further away within the V&A Waterfront, you can catch the MyCiTi Bus. Head to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the One&Only Hotel or the V&A Waterfront entrance. Look for the route that goes towards the V&A Waterfront. The fare is approximately R10-15, and buses run frequently. Once you get off at the V&A Waterfront stop, follow the promenade towards Dock Road, where the Visitor Center is located.
