Getting There

Car
From the town of Winterton, head south on the R600 road. Continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the junction with the R74. Turn left onto the R74 and follow the signs for the Drakensberg Mountains. After about 12 kilometers, you will encounter a sign for KwaDuma. Take the gravel road leading towards KwaDuma and continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach the parking area. Make sure to have a vehicle suitable for gravel roads, as the last stretch can be rough.

Take a bus from Durban to Winterton, which is a common route. The bus journey takes approximately 3-4 hours, and you can check local bus services for schedules and fares (around ZAR 200-300).
