From Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park, exit the park through the N2 South entrance. Once you reach the N2 highway, turn left (north) towards Hluhluwe. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Hluhluwe. In Hluhluwe, take the R618 road towards Louwsburg. Continue driving on the R618 for about 70 kilometers. Follow the signs to Ithala Game Reserve, which will be on your left. The reserve is located in Louwsburg, 3150. Ensure that your vehicle has enough fuel as fuel stations are limited along this route.
