From any location in Elephant Coast, head towards the R22 highway. If you're starting from St. Lucia, take the R618 towards the R22. Continue on the R22 for approximately 60 km. After passing through the town of Mbangela, look for signs to Jozini. You will then turn onto the R66, which leads directly into Jozini. Once in Jozini, follow the signs to Pongolapoort, which is located near the Jozini Dam. Make sure to keep an eye out for scenic viewpoints along the way, as this route offers stunning views of the surrounding landscapes.

If you prefer public transport, start by taking a taxi or a minibus taxi from St. Lucia to the nearest major town, Mbangela. This will cost around ZAR 50 to ZAR 100 depending on the service.
