Car
From the center of Table Mountain National Park, head towards the Hout Bay Main Road (M65) via the scenic Chapman's Peak Drive. Follow the M65 southbound for approximately 15 kilometers. As you approach Hout Bay, take the exit towards Noordhoek. Continue straight until you reach the traffic circle at Noordhoek, then take the first exit onto Noordhoek Main Road. Follow this road until it merges into Long Beach Road. After about 3 kilometers, you will see signs for Long Beach, where you can find parking nearby.

Public Transportation
From the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway station, take the MyCiTi bus route 108 towards Hout Bay. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes, and get off at the Noordhoek Village stop. From there, you can either walk for about 1 kilometer along Noordhoek Main Road towards Long Beach or catch a local taxi that should take you directly to the beach entrance.
