If you are traveling by car, head towards the M3 highway from wherever you are in Table Mountain National Park. Follow the signs to Wynberg and take the exit for the M3 towards Constantia. Once on the M3, take the exit towards Constantia/Wynberg and merge onto the M39. Continue on M39 until you reach the traffic circle, where you take the first exit onto Hohenhort Avenue. Follow Hohenhort Avenue, which becomes Constantia Road, until you reach the Cecilia Forest entrance on your left. Park in the designated parking area and prepare for your hike.
