Take exit 219B for US-17 S toward Savannah. Continue on US-17 S for about 3 miles. Take a slight left onto Old Towne Rd. Follow Old Towne Rd for about 0.5 miles, and you'll arrive at Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site, located at 1500 Old Towne Rd, Charleston, SC 29407.
