From the center of Mount Pleasant, head south on Main St towards the intersection with W Coleman Blvd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with US-17 S. Turn left onto US-17 S and follow it for about 2 miles. After crossing the bridge, look for the sign for the Charleston area. Follow the signs to King St, where you will turn right. Continue on King St for approximately 1 mile, and the American Theater will be on your left at 446 King St.

Start at Mount Pleasant Town Centre. Head south on Hungryneck Blvd towards US-17 S. Once at US-17 S, turn right and follow the road towards Charleston for about 2 miles. After crossing the bridge, keep an eye out for the exit towards King St. Take the exit and turn right onto King St. Continue cycling on King St for about 1 mile until you reach the American Theater located at 446 King St.
