Public Transport
Start at the Charleston Visitor Center located at 375 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403. From there, take the CARTA bus route 10 (Cannon Street) towards Folly Beach. The bus will take you to Folly Beach, and the ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Folly Beach terminal, you will need to walk to the beach. Head southeast on E Ashley Ave towards the coast, and you will reach the beach area in approximately 5–10 minutes.
