To reach Lee State Park from Congaree National Park by car, start at the visitor center in Congaree National Park. Head west on SC-48 W for about 12 miles. Continue straight to stay on SC-48 W, and then turn left onto US-521 S. Follow US-521 S for approximately 11 miles. Turn right onto SC-15 S, and then take a left onto Loop Rd. Lee State Park will be on your right at 487 Loop Rd, Bishopville, SC 29010. The total drive is approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

While public transportation options are limited in this rural area, you can take a bus from the nearest city with bus services, such as Columbia, SC. From Columbia, take the bus to Bishopville.
