From Congaree National Park, exit the park and head northeast on SC-48 E. Continue for approximately 10 miles until you reach I-77 N. Merge onto I-77 N and continue for about 18 miles. Take exit 40 for SC-260 toward Camden. Turn left onto SC-260 E and follow it for about 10 miles. Turn right onto SC-12 S, and after about 5 miles, turn left onto Headquarters Rd. Continue for about 2 miles, and you will reach Manchester State Forest located at 6740 Headquarters Rd, Wedgefield, SC 29168.
