If you are driving from any point in Folly Beach, head east on E Ashley Ave towards the Morris Island Lighthouse. Continue straight until you reach the end of E Ashley Ave. You will find a parking area at the end of the road, close to the beach access point. There is no parking fee, but be sure to arrive early, as spots can fill up quickly on weekends.

Walking
Once you reach the beach access point at the end of E Ashley Ave, you will need to walk toward the lighthouse. The Morris Island Lighthouse is about 1.5 miles offshore, so you will need to walk along the beach. Follow the shoreline towards the south, and you will eventually get a clear view of the lighthouse. Note that the last 200 yards to the lighthouse may require walking on sand, so be prepared for a bit of a trek.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the Folly Beach Shuttle from various points in Charleston to Folly Beach.
