If you are already in Francis Marion National Forest, head southeast on the nearest forest road towards S.C. Highway 41. After approximately 10 miles, turn left onto S.C. Highway 41. Continue for about 15 miles until you reach the junction with U.S. Highway 17. Merge onto U.S. Highway 17 South. Follow U.S. Highway 17 for approximately 25 miles until you reach the town of McClellanville. In McClellanville, take a right onto S.C. Highway 45 and continue for 7 miles. You will arrive at the entrance of Francis Marion & Sumter National Forests.
