To reach Airport Park from downtown Spartanburg, start at the Spartanburg Transit Center located at 210 E Main St. Board the Route 1 bus heading towards the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop near the intersection of East Main Street and South Pine Street. From there, transfer to Route 6, which will take you closer to Airport Park. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the Ammons Road stop. Walk about 0.3 miles down Ammons Road to reach Airport Park at 500 Ammons Rd.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in downtown Spartanburg. From the rental shop, head southeast on E Main St toward S Pine St. Continue straight to stay on E Main St, then turn right onto S Church St. Follow S Church St until it becomes E Blackstock Rd. Continue on E Blackstock Rd, then make a left onto Ammons Rd. Keep biking straight for about 2 miles until you reach Airport Park at 500 Ammons Rd.
