From your accommodation in Hilton Head Island, head towards the nearest bike rental shop, then take the bike path towards the Cross Island Parkway. Follow the bike path for approximately 4 miles until you reach the intersection with SC-278. Continue onto SC-278, which will lead you over the bridge to the mainland. Stay on SC-278 for about 20 miles, then turn left onto Abercorn Street. After about 2 miles, turn right onto E Oglethorpe Ave, and you will see the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace Museum on your left.

Start by locating the nearest Palmetto Breeze Transit bus stop in Hilton Head Island. Board the Route 1 bus towards Bluffton. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Buckwalter Parkway. Transfer to the Route 3 bus heading to Savannah. This journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Savannah, get off at the stop closest to E Oglethorpe Ave. Walk east for about 5 minutes, and the Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace Museum will be on your right at 10 E Oglethorpe Ave.
