Once you reach the bridge, continue biking on the bike path towards Savannah. After crossing the bridge, follow the signs towards Tybee Island. Continue straight on US-80 E until you see signs for Tybee Island. Once you arrive, head towards Meddin Dr, where the Tybee Island Light Station & Museum is located at 30 Meddin Dr.

From Hilton Head Island, take the 'Palmetto Breeze' public bus. Check the schedule and catch the bus at the nearest stop. The bus will take you towards Savannah. When you arrive at the Savannah stop, transfer to the Tybee Island shuttle service if available. The shuttle will take you directly to Tybee Island. Once you get off, walk towards Meddin Dr, where you’ll find the Tybee Island Light Station & Museum at 30 Meddin Dr.
