Car
If you're traveling by car, start on US-17 North. Follow US-17 North for about 7 miles until you reach the exit for Long Point Road. Exit onto Long Point Road and continue for approximately 1.5 miles. You will see the entrance to Charles Pinckney National Historic Site on your left at 1254 Long Point Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464. There's ample parking available.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, you can take the CARTA bus route 40, which runs from downtown Charleston to Mount Pleasant. Board the bus at any convenient stop in downtown Charleston and stay on the bus until you reach the Long Point Road stop. From there, it is a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to the Charles Pinckney National Historic Site. Head east on Long Point Road until you see the site entrance on your right at 1254 Long Point Rd.
