    If you are driving from Charleston, take US-17 N towards Mount Pleasant. Merge onto SC-703 E (towards Sullivan's Island) and continue for approximately 5 miles. Once you reach Sullivan’s Island, turn left onto Middle Street. Continue on Middle Street until you reach the intersection with Pettigrew Street. Turn right onto Pettigrew Street, and you will find Station 21 - Public Beach Access at 2101 Pettigrew St, Sullivan's Island, SC 29482. There is no parking fee at the public beach access.

    Take the CARTA bus route 40 (the 'Mount Pleasant Connector') from downtown Charleston. The bus will take about 40 minutes to reach the Mount Pleasant area. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Coleman Blvd and Mathis Ferry Rd. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to Sullivan's Island. Walk north on Mathis Ferry Rd until you reach the Sullivan's Island entrance, where you can continue walking straight to Middle Street and then right onto Pettigrew Street to reach Station 21.
