Get off at the 'West Ashley' stop. From there, transfer to the CARTA route 12 (West Ashley to Johns Island). Stay on this bus for about 20 minutes until you reach the 'Angel Oak' stop. Once you get off the bus, the Angel Oak Tree will be a short 5-minute walk down Angel Oak Road.
