If you are already within Table Rock State Park, begin by exiting the park via the main entrance. Turn right onto SC-11 N (Cleveland Hwy) and follow it for approximately 10 miles. Once you reach the intersection with SC-8 E, take a left. Continue on SC-8 E for about 4 miles. You will see signs for Bald Rock Heritage Preserve on your left. Turn left onto Bald Rock Road, and the preserve entrance will be ahead. There is no entrance fee for Bald Rock Heritage Preserve.

Public transportation options are limited in this rural area. If you are relying on public transport, you should first take a bus to the nearest larger town, which is Pickens, SC. From Pickens, you would need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you to Bald Rock Heritage Preserve. Be sure to check local bus schedules in advance as they may not run frequently. For the adventurous, consider biking from Table Rock State Park to Bald Rock Heritage Preserve. Exit the park and head south on SC-11 N. The total distance is about 14 miles one way.
