Getting There

Car

If you're traveling by car, start from the Badlands National Park Visitor Center located at 25216 Ben Reifel Road, Interior, SD 57750. Head east on Ben Reifel Road and merge onto SD-240 E. Continue on SD-240 for approximately 29 miles until you reach Pinnacles Overlook. Look for the parking area on your right side. The overlook offers stunning views of the Badlands formations, so be sure to stop and enjoy the scenery.
Public Transportation + Walking

If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus service to Wall, SD, which is around 11 miles from the Badlands National Park. Once you arrive at Wall, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to drive you to Pinnacles Overlook, as there are no public buses directly to the overlook. The taxi ride will take about 20 minutes. Inform the driver to take you to SD-240, Wall, SD 57790, where you will find the overlook.
