Car
If you are driving, start from the town of Wall, SD. Head west on Main St toward 5th Ave. Continue on SD-240 W for about 10 miles. Look for signs indicating Badlands National Park. Once you reach the park entrance, continue on Rim Road for approximately 2 miles. The Badlands Wilderness Overlook will be on your left. There is parking available at the overlook.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take the Badlands Shuttle from Wall. The shuttle departs from the Wall Drug Store and travels to various stops in Badlands National Park. Make sure to get off at the Rim Road stop. From there, it is a short walk to the Badlands Wilderness Overlook. Follow the path indicated by park signage.
