From Big Sioux Recreation Area, take SD-115 South toward Sioux Falls. Continue on SD-115 for approximately 10 miles. Merge onto I-229 South toward Sioux Falls and drive for about 5 miles. Take exit 5 for 57th St and turn left onto 57th St. Continue straight for about 2 miles, then turn right onto S Kiwanis Ave. The Great Plains Zoo will be on your left at 805 S Kiwanis Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104.
