If you're driving from anywhere within the Big Sioux Recreation Area, head towards the nearest exit onto SD-11. Follow SD-11 south until you reach the intersection with SD-34. Turn left onto SD-34 and continue for about 6 miles. You will pass through the town of Garretson. Once you reach Garretson, look for 5th St and turn left. Split Rock Park will be located at 608 5th St on your right. Look for the park entrance signs.
