Follow US-385 S for approximately 15 miles. Then turn left onto SD-34 E. After about 4 miles, turn right onto Fairburn Rd (County Road 1). Continue for about 3 miles, and the Bison Center will be on your left at 43.6507° N, 103.3732° W. Make sure to have a GPS or a map app handy to assist with navigation.
