At the intersection, take a right onto SD-87. Follow SD-87 for approximately 7 miles. When you reach the junction with US-385, turn left. Continue on US-385 for about 4 miles, and you will see Prairie Berry Winery on your left at 23837 US-385 in Hill City.

    Start your journey from the Custer County Courthouse located at the center of Custer. Bike north on 5th Street until you reach Mount Rushmore Road (US-16A). Turn left and follow US-16A for about 0.5 miles. Take a right onto SD-87 and ride for around 7 miles. At the junction with US-385, take a left and continue on US-385 for about 4 miles. Prairie Berry Winery will be on your left at 23837 US-385 in Hill City.
