    From the center of Custer, head east on Mt. Rushmore Rd (US-16) for about 1 mile until you reach the junction with SD-36. Turn left onto SD-36 and continue for approximately 20 miles. As you approach Rapid City, follow the signs for downtown. Once you reach Rapid City, continue straight onto Main St. Prairie Edge Trading Co & Galleries will be on your left at 606 Main St.

    Starting from Custer, take the Mickelson Trail heading north from the Custer City Park. Continue on the trail for about 20 miles until you reach the city limits of Rapid City.
