Walking
From the center of Deadwood, head northeast on Main Street toward the intersection with the US-85. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the US-14. Turn left onto US-14 and follow it for about 13 miles. You'll pass through scenic areas and small towns. Once you reach the junction with Beulah Highway, continue straight until you see signs for Cement Ridge Lookout. The lookout will be on your right.

Take the local bus service from Deadwood to Spearfish, which runs regularly throughout the day. Once in Spearfish, transfer to a bus heading towards Beulah. Be sure to check the schedule in advance, as service may be limited. After arriving in Beulah, you will need to walk approximately 2 miles to the Cement Ridge Lookout, following signs or asking locals for directions.
