Continue on US-16 for another 20 miles until you reach the junction for SD-87. Turn right onto SD-87, and shortly after, turn left onto US-16 B-12. Jewel Cave National Monument will be on your left at 11149 US-16 B-12, Custer, SD 57730. Make sure to check for any tolls or fees for parking. The drive should take approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
