    If you are starting from the Pierre City Library, head south on S Pierre St toward E Capitol Ave. Continue straight until you reach E Capitol Ave. Turn right and walk west until you reach S Dakota Ave. Turn left on S Dakota Ave and continue walking south until you reach Deadwood St. From here, turn right onto Deadwood St, and the Verendrye Museum will be on your left at 44.354772 latitude and -100.3715658 longitude.

    Start at the Pierre Transit Station located at 10th St & Pierre St. Board the Pierre Transit bus heading towards Fort Pierre.
