    Car

    From Pine Ridge, head north on SD-18 for approximately 16 miles. Once you reach the junction with US-18, turn left onto US-18 West. Continue on US-18 for about 9 miles until you reach Fairburn. As you enter Fairburn, take a right onto Fairburn Road, which will lead you toward Boland Ridge. Follow the signs for Boland Ridge; it is located just outside the town. Look out for parking areas near the hiking trails.

    Public Transportation

    Currently, there may not be direct public transportation options from Pine Ridge to Boland Ridge. However, you can take a bus from Pine Ridge to Rapid City and then rent a car or use a rideshare service to get to Fairburn. If you are taking this route, upon arriving in Rapid City, head to a car rental location (such as Enterprise or Hertz, typically located near the airport) and rent a vehicle. Drive to Fairburn via US-18 as described earlier.
