If you are in downtown Sioux Falls, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Sioux Area Metro bus route 5 towards Western Ave. Stay on the bus for approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop near 18th St & Minnesota Ave. From there, walk east on 18th St for about 5 minutes until you reach 1305 18th St, where the Sioux Empire Medical Museum is located.

If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program. Start your ride on the bike path along the Big Sioux River, heading south. Continue until you reach 18th St. Turn right onto 18th St and bike east for about 1 mile. The Sioux Empire Medical Museum will be on your right at 1305 18th St.

Head east on 6th St until you reach Minnesota Ave. Turn left onto Minnesota Ave and walk until you reach 18th St. Turn right on 18th St and continue walking for about 10-15 minutes.
