Getting There

Car

If you're driving, start from Gyeongju Historic Areas and head south on the Gyeongju-Yangsan Road (Route 35). Follow the signs for Yangsan. After approximately 20 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with Tongdosa-ro. Turn left onto Tongdosa-ro and continue for about 2 kilometers. You will see the entrance to Tongdosa on your left. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation

To reach Tongdosa by public transportation, take Bus 100 from the Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Tongdosa Temple stop. From there, it is a short walk (about 500 meters) to the entrance of the temple. Just follow the signs along the road leading to Tongdosa, and you will reach the entrance.
