Take the Busan Metro Line 2 (Green Line) and get off at Haeundae Station. Exit the station from Exit 5. Once you exit, walk straight for about 10 minutes towards Haeundae Beach. You will reach the entrance to Dongbaekseom Island. The metro ticket will cost approximately 1,400 KRW.

You can take bus number 1003 or 139 from various locations in Busan to reach Haeundae Beach. Get off at the Haeundae Beach stop. From there, walk towards the coast and follow the path leading to Dongbaekseom Island. The bus fare is around 1,200 KRW.
