If you're starting from Haeundae Beach, head east along the beach promenade. Enjoy the ocean view as you walk. Continue until you reach the end of the beach, then take the stairs leading up to the road. This will lead you to Jung-dong, where you'll want to head right (west). Walk along Jung-dong road for about 10 minutes, keeping an eye out for the signs directing you to Haewoljeong Pavilion.

If you prefer using public transport, you can take Bus No. 1003 or 139 from the Haeundae Bus Terminal. Get off at Jung-dong (중동) station, which is a short ride of about 5-10 minutes. Once you exit the bus, walk about 5 minutes towards the coast, and you will find Haewoljeong Pavilion nearby. The bus fare is around 1,200 KRW.
