If you are traveling by car, start from the Haeundae Beach area, which is a popular spot in Busan Beaches. Head east on Haeundae-ro towards Dalmaji-gil. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dalmaji-gil. Turn left onto Dalmaji-gil and follow the road, which will lead you up the hill. Moontan Road is located along this scenic route. There is limited parking available on the sides of the road, so be sure to find a safe place to park.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take Busan Metro Line 2 to Haeundae Station. Once you arrive, take Exit 5. From there, catch Bus 1003 or 200 and get off at the Dalmaji Hill stop. The bus fare is approximately 1,200 KRW. After exiting the bus, you will be just a short walk away from Moontan Road. Follow the signs towards Dalmaji-gil, and you will find the scenic road ahead.

Walking
If you are already in the Haeundae area and prefer walking, you can stroll along Haeundae Beach and head towards the east. Walk along the beachfront promenade until you reach the end of the beach, then turn right onto Dalmaji-gil. This scenic walk will take about 30 minutes, but you will enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding areas along the way.
