Once you reach the intersection with Sa-buk-myeon (사북면), turn left onto Gaiil-gil (가일길). Continue driving for about 5 kilometers until you reach the Eobi Ice Valley located at 394-5 사북면 가일길. Make sure to park in designated areas nearby.
