Bus
From Gwangju City Center, head to the Gwangju Bus Terminal (광주버스터미널). You can take bus number 100 or 518 to reach the terminal. Once at the Gwangju Bus Terminal, purchase a ticket to Damyang-gun (담양군) which is the nearest town to Metasequoia-lined Road. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. After arriving in Damyang-gun, you can take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to reach Metasequoia-ro (메타세쿼이아로), which is about a 10-minute drive from the bus stop.

Subway and Bus
Take the Gwangju Subway Line 1 from any subway station in Gwangju towards the Gwangju Songjeong Station (광주송정역). After reaching Gwangju Songjeong Station, exit and head to the bus stop outside the station. Look for buses that go to Damyang-gun. Once you are on the bus, stay on until you reach a stop near Metasequoia-lined Road. After disembarking, you may need to walk for about 15 minutes to reach the road.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can simply hail a taxi from anywhere in Gwangju. Show the driver the address '12 Metasequoia-ro, Damyang-eup, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do'.
