If you're driving to the Korea Bamboo Museum, start by getting on the Gyeongbu Expressway (Expressway 1) from your current location in Yeongnam Region. Follow the signs for Daejeon, and take the exit toward Gwangju on the Honam Expressway (Expressway 25). Continue on the Honam Expressway until you reach the Damyang exit. From there, follow the signs to Damyang-eup. Once in Damyang, navigate to 35 Jukhyangmunhwa-ro, where the museum is located. Parking is available on-site.

To reach the Korea Bamboo Museum via public transportation, first, head to the nearest bus terminal in Yeongnam Region. From there, take an intercity bus to Damyang. The bus ride typically takes about 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Damyang Bus Terminal, you can take a local taxi to the museum, which is approximately 15-20 minutes away. Ensure to tell the taxi driver 'Korea Bamboo Museum' or provide the address: 35 Jukhyangmunhwa-ro, Damyang-eup. Taxi fares should be around 10,000 KRW.
