Getting There

  • Bus

    From Gwangju, head to the Gwangju Bus Terminal (광주종합버스터미널) located at 1101 Sangmudae-ro, Seo-gu, Gwangju. This terminal has frequent buses to Jeongeup. Purchase a ticket for Jeongeup at the ticket counter or from the automated machines. The bus journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. After arriving in Jeongeup, take a taxi to Naejangsan National Park. The taxi ride is about 30 minutes.

  • Train and Bus

    Take the KTX train from Gwangju Songjeong Station (광주송정역) to Jeongeup Station (정읍역). The train ride takes about 30 minutes. From Jeongeup Station, exit the station and find the bus stop for local buses. Take bus number 111 or 112, which will take you directly to Naejangsan National Park. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes.

  • Direct Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Gwangju straight to Naejangsan National Park. Make sure to specify the destination clearly to the driver, using the address: 936 Naejangsan-ro, Jeongeup-si, Jeollabuk-do.
