Start your journey at Gwangju Bus Terminal. From the terminal, take bus number 118 or 119. These buses frequently depart and will take you towards Yangrim-dong. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Yangrim-dong bus stop. Once you get off, walk straight for about 200 meters until you reach 백서로70번길 (Baekseo-ro 70-gil). Turn left, and you will see 오웬기념각 (Owen Memorial Hall) a short distance down the road on your right.

If you are in the vicinity of the Gwangju City Hall, you can walk to 오웬기념각. Head southwest on 전남도청로 (Jeonnam-do Cheong-ro) for about 1 km. Turn right onto 양림길 (Yangrim-gil) and continue straight for about 500 meters. Then turn left onto 백서로70번길 (Baekseo-ro 70-gil), and 오웬기념각 will be on your left side.

If you are near the Gwangju Subway Line 1, you can take the subway to the South Jeolla Provincial Office Station. From the station, take exit 4 and walk straight for about 600 meters. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto 양림동 (Yangrim-dong) street, then take another left onto 백서로70번길 (Baekseo-ro 70-gil). 오웬기념각 will be located on your right side.
