Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Yangrim-dong bus stop. Once you get off, walk straight for about 200 meters until you reach 백서로70번길 (Baekseo-ro 70-gil). Turn left, and you will see 오웬기념각 (Owen Memorial Hall) a short distance down the road on your right.

If you are in the vicinity of the Gwangju City Hall, you can walk to 오웬기념각. Head southwest on 전남도청로 (Jeonnam-do Cheong-ro) for about 1 km. Turn right onto 양림길 (Yangrim-gil) and continue straight for about 500 meters. Then turn left onto 백서로70번길 (Baekseo-ro 70-gil), and 오웬기념각 will be on your left side.
