Getting There

Subway
Start by heading to the nearest subway station in Seo-gu. Take Line 1 (the Orange Line) towards the direction of Gwangju Songjeong Station. Get off at the 'Sajik Park Station' which is approximately 2 stops from your starting point. After exiting the station, follow the signs to the exit leading to Sajik Park.

Once you exit Sajik Park Station, you will be on Sajik-gil road. Turn left and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see the entrance to Sajik Park on your right. Continue walking through the park, and you will find the observatory located at the top of the hill within the park.

Alternatively, you can take Bus No. 100 or 118 from any nearby bus stop in Seo-gu. Make sure to ask the driver to stop at Sajik Park.
