If you're driving from central Gyeonggi Province, take the Gyeongbu Expressway (Route 1) towards Chuncheon. Exit the highway at the Chuncheon IC and follow the signs for Route 46. Continue on Route 46 for about 15 kilometers, then turn onto Local Road 1043. Follow this road for approximately 5 kilometers until you reach Eobi Ice Valley, located at 394-5 사북면 가일길, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon-do. There is parking available on-site.

To reach Eobi Ice Valley using public transport, first take a train from Gyeonggi Province to Chuncheon Station. You can use the ITX-Cheongchun train for a faster option. From Chuncheon Station, take Bus No. 1 or 2 towards the Gyeonggang Tourist Complex. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the Eobi Ice Valley stop.
