To reach Gwanggyo Lake Park using public transportation, take the subway to Suwon Station on Line 1. From Suwon Station, transfer to Line 1 towards Seodongtan and get off at Gwanggyo Station. Alternatively, you can take a local bus from Gwanggyo Station to the park, which may cost around 1,200 KRW.
